HeI created Optimum Care as a tool to assist injured employees to select a quality-treating physician. Participating physicians guarantee prompt service; unnecessary emergency room visits are avoided. The program allows employers to recommend employees to physicians who are quality physicians facilitiating return to work programs. Unnecessary medical treatment is avoided and indemnity expenses are reduced.
